Introductory Session

Getting started at CrossFit Carbon is easy!  Your first introductory class is a complimentary training session during which you’ll get a chance to learn more about our program and actually experience a CrossFit workout for yourself. The purpose is to help us serve you better by getting to know you and your goals, expectations, fitness level, and experience.

The best way to experience CrossFit Carbon is to attend one of our FREE FRIDAY classes.  Free Friday is offered every Friday during all class times.  This is designed for people who want to experience a full class at CrossFit Carbon.  It is also the perfect opportunity to work out with our members . . .  maybe your friends or family members are members!  We will have extra coaching staff to assist with during these classes.

All NEW members to CrossFit Carbon will be required to complete our ELEMENTS programs.  The programs is designed to prepare new members for regular classes.  Fundamental movements will be taught along with class WOD’s.   Two of the classes will be small group instruction and one class will be within a regular class with assistance from your coach.  The Elements program has a $55 fee ($25 reschedule fee for a missed class).  After completion of the Elements class, your first unlimited monthly fee will be discounted $35!  *There is a test out option for experienced CrossFitters **Additional class times will be added as needed.  Please email Ivy to arrange an Elements session that works best for your schedule (ivy@crossfitcarbon.com).
