CrossFit Kids & Nexl Level: Program Update

As the Fall season is upon us and the sport season is winding down we at CrossFit Carbon wanted to let you know about CrossFit Kids & Next Level Kids programs and some exciting enhancements to the programs.

Starting Monday, November 3rd, both programs will be offered twice a week.  This is a huge opportunity!  Not only will your kids get some great exercise, but we as coaches will have more time with them to teach safe and efficient movement patterns as they grow and develop.  More importantly, they will have fun in a safe environment with top-level coaching.  We have also made it more convenient for those of you with multiple children in both programs by offering them at the same time.

CrossFit Kids
-ages 6-9
-Mondays  & Wednesday’s
-7:00-7:45 pm
-$60/month ($40 for each additional child)
-$15 per session for drop-ins

Next Level Kids Training
-ages 10-14
-Mondays & Wednesday’s
-7:00-8:00 pm
-$60/month ($40 for each additional child)
-$15 per session for drop-ins

Coaches
Both programs are run by high quality coaches.

CFKidsErica Deegan- Erica is a CrossFit Level 1 coach and CrossFit Kids certified.  She has an extensive gymnastics background, including competing at a Level 10 with the French National Team and coaching both high school and club gymnastics.  Erica coaches CrossFit Kids and has 2 daughters in CrossFit Kids & Next Level programs.

Kiko Stefanov- Kiko is also a CrossFit Level 1 coach and is certified in both CrossFit Endurance and Olympic Weightlifting.  Kiko has been coaching CrossFit for several years and comes from an endurance background.  Kiko coaches the Next Level classes and has 3 boys in the programs.

Jay Miles- In addition to his CrossFit Level 1, Jay has certifications in CrossFit kids, CF Endurance, CF Olympic Lifting, CF Football, CF Kettlebell and several other certifications in the health and fitness industry.  He has coached CrossFit for several years and comes from a multi-sport athletic background.  Jay coaches CrossFit Kids and has 2 daughters in the programs.
