At Carbon, our group sessions focus on the individual athlete and their specific needs. Participating in a group environment has been proven to push individuals and achieve a higher intensity workout! We pride ourselves on a very professional environment that will allow you to excel. Coming soon! Carbon strength is designed in cycles to complement our general programming but allow our athletes to focus with more detail in increasing overall raw strength and power. The program will encompass all varieties of squats, presses and pulls from the floor. Each cycle will last between 6-8 weeks in length. Meeting together as a group to drill and instruct movement and also provide weekly homework. A great deal of the homework for this program will involve accessory work to reduce imbalances and create a more symmetrical athlete.
